Our Shipping Policy

This policy is effective since January 2025 up to-date. 

Where do we ship? International! 

SouthEast Asia - Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia

Asia - Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, China, India, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain.

Oceania - Australia & New Zealand.

Europe - United Kingdom , France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherland, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Greece & Portugal. 

North America - United States, Canada

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). So kindly ensure that your size, color, and shipping information are correct at the time of checkout, our team will get your items ready, inspect, iron, and packing securely before shipment. 

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Once your item is ready, we ship worldwide via DHL Express and other trusted premium couriers based on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to destination and weight.

  • Standard Malaysia Delivery: Estimated 1-3 days visa J&T Express or NinjaVan. Flat rate shipping of RM6 applies. 

  • Standard International Delivery: Estimated within 5–7 business days, excluding public holidays in your country. Shipping cost are depending on your location, which will automatically calculated during checkout. 

  • Complimentary FREE Shipping on international orders over RM 1,000 (~USD 236.74 as of 26 June 2025).Note: Please convert using your local currency at the current rate on Google or simply reach out—we’re happy to help!

3. International Shipping & Customs

  • Once your item is packed and ready, we ship globally via DHL Express & Selected fast courier based on your location.

  • In most cases, clothing shipments internationally are not subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. However, should any charges arise, they will remain the responsibility of the recipient.

  • From the date of shipment start, estimated delivery is within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in your country. Please note that customs clearance procedures may sometimes cause additional delays. In such cases, we kindly ask that you allow up to 9 days for your order to arrive.

4. Tracking & Updates

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once dispatched via email notification.  You can also check by logging into your account or simply chat with us!

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • Contact our team via LIVE chat or email us anytime at hello@thecocobeeluxe.com within 5 days of delivery date if your package is lost/damaged. We will do our best to check accordingly. Estimate turnaround time is within 48 hours via email OR simply LIVE chat with us!

  • We’ll investigate with the carrier; if confirmed lost or damaged, we’ll reship or refund back the items to you. 

6. Returns & Exchanges for a non-defective items. 

  • Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final. We kindly ask customers to review their orders carefully, as we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or shipping details once confirmed.

  • This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our service while avoiding unnecessary logistical and shipping costs for both parties.  Quality AssuranceAt TheCocoBeeLuxe, we take pride in the quality and condition of every item we ship. Each piece undergoes a thorough inspection, and our team records a video of your item before packaging to ensure it meets our highest standards.In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@thecocobeeluxe.com within 3 days of receipt.To be eligible for review:

    • The item must remain unused, with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase intact.

    If the issue is confirmed upon quality assessment:

    • You will be offered a replacement, store credit, or a refund (subject to availability).

    • We will cover the return shipping costs for approved cases.

    Please note: Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, improper care, or modification are not considered defective and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
