📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Our team inspects, irons, and securely packs every item before shipment.

Please ensure size, color, and shipping details are correct at checkout, as changes cannot be made once processed.

We proudly ship worldwide via DHL Express and trusted premium couriers.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Malaysia:

Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days via J&T Express or NinjaVan

Flat Rate: RM6

Australia & New Zealand:

Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days

Flat Rate: RM210 (~AUD77)

International Orders:

Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days (may take up to 9 days due to customs/public holidays)

Calculated at checkout according to weight & destination

FREE international shipping on orders above RM1,000 (~USD236)


💰 Customs & Duties

Most clothing shipments are not subject to duties; however, any customs fees, taxes, or import charges remain the buyer’s responsibility.

TheCocoBeeLuxe is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.


📧 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Track your order via the courier’s website or by logging into your account.

❌ Undeliverable, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

For lost/damaged packages, contact us at hello@thecocobeeluxe.com within 5 days of delivery date.

We will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost/damaged, we will reship or refund your order.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or details once confirmed.

Each item is inspected and video-recorded before shipping to ensure quality.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of receipt at hello@thecocobeeluxe.com.

Item must be unused, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

If approved, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
